Dokudoku Pakkun Flower are tall, big Piranha Plants that walk on their roots (like Ptooies), created by Gahaha Daiō to spread his Gahaha Virus. They appeared only in the first chapter of the Dr. Mario manga from the Super Mario series by KC Deluxe.

Dressed as a Dutch flower girl, Gahaha Daiō sneaks at the Mushroom Kingdom Ikebana Expo, disguising the plants as small harmless Piranha Plants. One of them sprays the viruses onto Princess Peach and Princess Daisy, then Gahaha Daiō removes their disguises, and the plants infect the whole Kingdom. Mario manages to safe himself by covering mouth and nose, and discovering that the Kinoko Yama region is also uninfected, travels there to find an antidote. Gahaha Daiō also goes there with his plants to infect the remaining healthy Toads and Mario. To escape the plants, Mario and the Toads runs in a gorge occupied by the divine Miracle Kinoko, which repels the Dokudoku Pakkun Flower and the Virus. After creating a cure out of it, Mario and the princesses throws the capsules (filled with bits of the Miracle Kinoko) inside the Dokudoku Pakkun Flower's mouths, turning them to stone, and the debris fall on Gahaha Daiō, defeating him (for the moment).
