Take Me Ohm is a 4-Player minigame in Mario Party 7. Its name is a pun on the phrase "take me home" and on "ohm," the unit for electrical resistance.

Introduction

The four characters are flown towards an airborne platform via blimp. The platform is surrounded by five Thwomps that hover over electricity-conducting switches in a star-shape format. One of the Thwomps slams onto a switch, producing an electric spark that stretches the length of the platform and runs from end to end. The four players are then dropped onto the platform as the minigame starts.

Gameplay

The characters have to jump over the electric sparks that the Thwomps produce. Touching any of the electric lines eliminates the players. Players can stomp on other players to stun them temporarily. As the minigame progresses, more electric sparks are produced, often at once, making it harder to survive. The last player standing wins. If two or more characters survive the barrage of electric sparks for the entire time limit (30 seconds), they all win. If all remaining players are eliminated at the same time, the minigame ends in a tie.

Take Me Ohm is one of the minigames that can appear in Decathlon Castle. Here, the player's objective is to survive as long as possible to earn as many points as possible, up to 1,000. Any player who survives for 60 seconds gets the maximum number of points.
