Lucky Charm
The Lucky Charm. It is a coin which resembles Game Guy's face.

The Lucky Charm is an item found only in Mario Party 3. It is obtained by buying an Item Bag at an item shop, meeting Toad, on an Item Space, or in a hidden block. Players can use this item on any player.

When the Lucky Charm is used, Game Guy appears and forces the targeted player to risk all coins on a chance game, one of Game Guy's Minigames. If it is won, it'll multiply the challenger's coins; if it is lost, the player does not retrieve the coins.
