The Shiny Frog Suit is a sticker from Paper Mario: Sticker Star. It can be bought at Outlook Point's store for 40 coins; the player also has a chance of obtaining one from a sticker-upgrading Hidden Block after attaching a Frog Suit to it using paperization. Its effect is the same as the Frog Suit sticker, but it further increases the power of subsequent stickers, and it can be set in the Sticker Museum as #63.
