A Cellular Shopper is an item found in Mario Party 3. It can only be bought at Toad's shop. When used this item, a player can call Toad or Baby Bowser from anywhere on the board to buy an item. It cost five coins to buy one. It works in a similar way as an item shop, but with less options, and it is Princess Daisy's favorite item.
