A Cellular Shopper.
A Cellular Shopper, which is Princess Daisy's favorite item, is one of the items found in Mario Party 3. It can only be bought at Toad's shop for five coins. When this item is used, a player can call Toad or Baby Bowser from anywhere on the board to buy an item. It works in a similar way as an Item Shop, but with less options.
