Pipe Works is the third floor of Mario vs. Donkey Kong 2: March of the Minis. The levels in Pipe Works all involve the use of Warp Pipes. A new type of pipe is introduced which acts as a water valve. Some pipes can be rotated, allowing the Mini Marios to reach the goal. Mario and the Minis went through here to save Pauline from Donkey Kong.

New enemies of this place include Crash Kongs and Thwomps. Rotate Pipes make their first appearance in this area, along with water valves. The main feature of this floor is using the pipes to help the Minis reach the goal.

In this battle with Donkey Kong, he does not necessarily attack the minis, He sticks his head out of one of the six pipes on the roof mocking the Minis. The Piranha Plants attempt to shoot down fireballs at a Mini Mario. If a Mini Mario is hit it breaks. When he hangs upside down from the Pipe, the player must shoot a Mini Mario at Donkey Kong. Once defeated, he flees to Magnet Mania.
