This article is about the minigame in WarioWare, Inc.: Mega Microgame$! For Wario's doctor alter-ego, see Wario § Dr. Mario series.
Dr. Wario gameplay

Dr. Wario is a minigame that can be unlocked in the game WarioWare, Inc.: Mega Microgame$!. The game can be unlocked by completing 20 mails on Jimmy T's "sports" minigame set. The game is based on the NES version of Dr. Mario.

Dr. Wario himself reappears in WarioWare: Get It Together!.[1]

Differences from Dr. Mario
