Avalanche! is a 4-Player minigame in Mario Party 4.
Overview[edit]
Players try to ski away from an avalanche, which moves behind them constantly, removing any player on contact. Players can jump off of ramps for a speed boost. The only obstacles are rocks, which trip players. The first player to reach the end wins, but if every player is eliminated, the result is a draw.
The ending shows the winning player skiing into view, doing their victory animation, while the losing players fall behind, each trapped in a snowball. Every player is in a snowball in the event of a draw.

- Game Rules – "Don't get swallowed by the avalanche behind you! Ski down the mountain and avoid the obstacles too!"
- Advice – "If you don't use your poles, you'll slow down. Watch out for the walls and boulders as you speed down the hill."
