Bowser Wrestling is a one-on-one minigame in Mario Party 4. Normally played against Bowser in Party Mode or Story Mode at Bowser's Gnarly Party, this minigame can also be played with a friend once it has been played against Bowser.

Players stand on a small circular platform. Koopa Kid stands in the middle and serves as the referee. When Koopa Kid says "Stomp 'em!" the match begins. Players must attempt to shove each other out of the ring. However, doing so decreases the player's stamina, represented by five golden Super Mushrooms above the player. Actual golden Super Mushrooms may also fall from the sky, and they fully restore the player's stamina and grant them temporary invincibility. The player who shoves their opponent out of the ring wins.

  • A Button – Advance on opponent (used only at the start of the match)
  • L Button R Button (alternately) – Shove opponent

In-game text[edit]

  • Koopa Kid"Now you must wrestle with Bowser! First, press A Button when we say "Stomp 'em!" to shove! Then press L Button and R Button alternately to push him out!"
