Template:Catch Card Dark Magikoopas are shady Magikoopas that live in the Flopside Pit of 100 Trials, in the game Super Paper Mario. Like all "dark" enemies, they are stronger than their relatives, although their attack pattern is unchanged. Dark Magikoopas throws orange spells at their opponents, but these can be countered by using Barry. Several Dark Magikoopas are seen riding their flying brooms around the rooms of the Pit, attacking Mario from the air. However, they fly very low, and they can still be stomped.

Trivia

  • Dark Magikoopas can be found in rooms 49, 59, 61, 62, 63, 82 and 92 of the Pit of 100 Trials.
  • Interestingly, the Catch Card information for Dark Magikoopas state that they wear contacts, which would make them the only known Magikoopas who do not wear some type of glasses (assuming that they do not wear glasses alongside their contact lenses). However, this may merely be a joke that should not be taken at face value.
