World 4-5 is the fifth course of World 4 in Super Mario 3D Land. It was the third selectable course of the original E3 2011 demo, though it was named World 3-3 instead of World 4-5.

Layout[edit]

Mario is landing on a platform and must step on a green panel to activate the Flip Panels. After Mario reaches on a platform, he will see a reproducing coin and four green panels. Stepping on them, he can go to the next platform, where a Boomerang Bro, a Mystery Box, and two Flip Panels. A Warp Box is above another platform. After entering the box and teleporting, Mario will find a Checkpoint Flag. Ahead, there is a gap with two Flip Panels, four spiked cubes, two Stingbies, some Brick Blocks and two moving platforms, one which leads to another Warp Box. Mario then lands in a big platform with a Boomerang Bro and eight green panels. The three in the right corner lead to five blue + Clocks. The two on the left takes Mario to a platform with a Star Medal, and the three on the left lead to two Brick Blocks and a warping block. Mario then reaches on the last platform, where he can use two Flip Panels to grab the top of the Goal Pole.

  • Star Medal 2: When Mario gets the second Warp Box, he must jump over it to get the second Star Medal.
  • Star Medal 3: After getting to a platform with a Boomerang Bro, Mario must active the two green switches on the far left. These lead Mario to the last Star Medal.
