Number Ball Special is the extra course of World 3 Yoshi's Island DS. Unlike A Light in the Dark, the world's secret course, Baby Wario is playable here. This level's playable Yoshi is the white Yoshi.
On a side note, this is one of two levels to feature the special Gargantua Blargg.

The second ball is found in another room, along with a mace and an Egg Block. Some enemies protect the third Number Ball in a nearby area, while another ball is found behind a row of coins and some enemies. The last ball can be found next to some enemies, and putting all the balls in their respective slots makes a pipe show up which leads to the goal roulette.
