The Flashy Ice Flower is a rare sticker and the strongest version of the Ice Flower sticker series found in Paper Mario: Sticker Star. It allows Mario to throw an Ice Ball at each enemy for great damage. It is especially powerful against fire-related enemies. It can be set in the Sticker Museum as #72.
One can be found inside one of the three ? Blocks behind the blue door in Bouquet Gardens, and also can be purchased in Whammino Mountain.
