These strange creatures are almost invincible thanks to their extremely hard exoskeleton. Despite having lots of legs, they move very slowly, and keep going in the same direction even when they hit a wall, which highlights their placid temper. Shlorps suck up and swallow anything they find in their way. If [[Mario]] gets too close to a Shlorp, it will suck him up and spit him out, causing damage in the process. The only way to defeat these enemies is to get them to swallow [[Boomer (Pixl)|Boomer]] twice.
