The Dark Ninjoe is an enemy from Super Paper Mario that can be found in the Flopside Pit of 100 Trials. It appears as a shadow of a Ninjoe. The Dark Ninjoe is found in groups in the Pit of 100 Trials. It is a lightning-quick foe, even faster than the Ninjerry, and often throws many ninja stars at the player. These facts in addition to it being found in groups makes it deadly. There is no solid strategy to defeat it, though stunning it with Fleep and then jumping on it is effective. However, they have one more trick up their sleeve: The Ninjoe that is attacked might be a decoy, which will explode and hurt Mario upon being attacked.
Trivia
- Dark Ninjoes can be found in rooms 64, 69, 77 and 78 of the Pit of 100 Trials.
- Part of their Catch Card description is a reference to Chuck Norris jokes.
