Welcome to my user page! This little place isn't as funny as Lanky kong's or as informative as Pokémon DP's, but it's still worth reading. Well, at least in my humble opinion. I have Äs to offer, as well as Ös and Üs, and – currently very hot, and only from Germany – ß!
Facts about me
What is there to say? When you've read the top of the page, you might have come to the conclusion that my name is Cobold. This isn't Mario-related in any way. Also don't try to look that word up in a dictionary.
I joined the Super Mario Wiki on January 22nd, 2007, and became a Patroller on June 12th, 2007. On September 3rd, 2007, I was promoted Sysop. For less important info, please see the Userbox Midi Tower.

My Goals
- Expand on the articles of the Super Smash Bros. series and fix those articles when needed.
- Add missing information about Super Mario RPG: Legend of the Seven Stars to articles, especially of the game's enemies.
- Helping other users in terms of the MediaWiki code.
- Prevent vandalism.

- Rewrite the Rainbow Road article.
- Improve Super Mario Strikers.
- Fix the last problems in the Princess Peach article to make it featured.
- Rewrite the story section of Paper Mario: The Thousand-Year Door, and review the other sections.

The most anticipated game for me is currently Super Smash Bros. Brawl. Sadly, I can expect the game to come out in Europe as late as ...heck, they delayed the release again, this can take ages to arrive in Europe (Japan - 1 week delay; North America - 1 month delay; Europe - one year??). In the meantime, I'm doing some core analyzing of what we can await from the game, seen in this chart.
The number of items has already rocketed through the roof, which is either because there are a lot more items in Brawl (not to mention Assist Trophies), but can also be because they need room for ultimately boring updates before showing us interesting stuff when the release draws nearer. The number of stages is pretty well, I'm guessing around 40 stages for Brawl, and the Stage Editor makes things even better. And despite, or even because there haven't been any updates regarding a new character between October 25th and January 9th, a decent number of characters is sure to get into the game. As this is the "hottest" subject, we'll definitely hear more in the future, and we'll get some surprises when the game is released. At least, that's what I would do. When comparing the number of modes, Melee looks ridiculous already.
The character I played most in Melee (as of current stats) is Young Link, 2nd most played is Zelda. The character I can play best with is Yoshi, for reasons I don't know.
