Special Kit 3 is a construction kit for the Construction Zone in Mario vs. Donkey Kong 2: March of the Minis. It is the third and final Special Kit in the game, following Special Kit 1 and Special Kit 2. It is unlocked after reaching the goal score for Shy Guy Smash! on each of the first eight floors in the game. It features level elements from every other construction kit, as well as Bob-omb Fish, which do not appear anywhere else in the game. However, only one type of Color Block - either Pink Blocks, Magnetic Blocks, Fire Blocks, or Bomb Blocks - can be used in a level.

Levels created in Special Kit 3 use Mini Donkey Kongs instead of Mini Marios. The music played in these levels is a unique remix of the themes used in Jungle Hijinks, with a faster tempo and several instruments shifted up by one octave.
