WarioWare: Twisted TwistEm[1] is an application that was available for download from the North American website for WarioWare: Twisted![2] The game shares an executable icon with the WarioWare: Touched Souvenier, and features a similar "About" section, with the sole difference being the URL of the promotional website.

Upon opening the executable, the player is able to move over the game window with their mouse to cause artwork of the game's characters to spin, resulting in a combination of the characters' heads and bodies to appear. When doing this, the game's logo (displayed underneath the artwork of the character) also spins, though remains unchanged. If the player right-clicks on the game as it is running, they are able to view various options, such as the game's "About" screen and buttons to move the game in front of or behind all open windows.
