Daft Rafts is a 4-player minigame in Mario Party 6. This minigame is similar to Platform Peril from Mario Party and Mario Party 2.

Introduction[edit]

The players are standing on a bridge as the river flows beneath them, with the platforms on it. The bridge then falls and the players fall onto the beginning platform.

Gameplay[edit]

The object of the game is to jump on the many different rafts to avoid falling. To win, the players must get to the raft that a Koopa Troopa is pulling. If a player falls in the water or touches an enemy, they are eliminated. More than one player can win this minigame.

The only change between day and night is the enemies that appear on the rafts. During the day, Spinies are the obstacles, and at night, Podoboos are.

Ending[edit]

The final platform, with a Koopa on an aquatic vehicle pulling it, comes to a stop at the top of the waterfall. The winner then performs his or her victory animation as the Koopa drives away.

Controls[edit]

  • Control Stick – Move
  • A Button – Jump

In-game text[edit]
