Dunk Bros. is a Rare minigame in Mario Party 6.

Gameplay[edit]

This game plays like a two-on-two basketball game. Before starting, the player has the option to choose the duration of the minigame ranging from 60 seconds to five minutes. The goal of the game is to score the most points possible. Moves include passing the ball to an ally, stealing the ball from an opposing team member, and shooting the ball into the hoop (scoring two or three points). The player can also jump on the adversary, squashing and disabling them from jumping. The team with more points when time runs out wins the match.

During the ending cutscene, the players that are on the winning team celebrate their victory, while the players on the losing team sulk. In the case of a draw, both sides celebrate.

Controls[edit]

  • Control Stick – Dribble and move

  • B Button – Pass to a teammate or steal

In-game text[edit]
