When Bowser stops drinking water, all the Bubble Bloopers dry out as a result of them losing their water and turn into a new enemy called Dried Bloopers. They are thin in appearance, and use this ability in battle. They will jump and float horizontally downwards like a leaf, making two passes at its target. To counter the Dried Blooper's attack, the player must simply jump over it when it passes by. However they still have the same stats as the Bubble Bloopper with an exception of speed.

Trivia
*Bubble Bloopers' dried form bears quite a close resemblance to Blooey, Luigi's "partner" from Paper Mario: The Thousand-Year Door.
*The dried form also resembles Bowser Jr.'s variant of the Super Blooper Kart and the Glad Blooper from Super Princess Peach.

Bubble Bloopers are a type of Blooper that appear in Mario & Luigi: Bowser's Inside Story and its remake. They are found only in the Pump Works in Bowser's body. They are blue, bubble shaped, and stuffed full of water. When Bowser stops drinking water, the Bubble Bloopers shrivel as a result of losing their water and turn into Dried Bloopers. When Bowser resumes drinking water, the dried Bloopers regain their original form.

Battle[edit]

Bubble Bloopers attack Mario and Luigi by rolling or bouncing their way; both can be countered by the hammer. Bubble Bloopers will float up to one of two levels to signal which attack they will use. If they go to the top of the bottom screen, they will roll at the brother they are targeting after landing; if they go to the top screen, they will bounce onto their target.
