World 3-1 is the first board of World 3 in Mario Party: Star Rush. The board takes place on a three-layer cake, where players can climb on top of the layers on areas marked with a ladder icon. The middle section of the cake is garnished with plenty of coins, as well as character specific board features such as flower buds and barrels, while the bottom layer has the most ? Block panels where players can obtain items. Players start out in the bottom layer of the cake, spawned near the elevated platforms that can take them up a layer. The board, as most boards in the first level of each world, contain three boss fights, each boss fight taking place on a respective cake layer. Halfway through the game, the top layer of the cake can be filled with coins. On the right area of the map, Bullet Bill popsicles and Bob-omb candy can be seen.
