Goal Gates are objects that appear in Yoshi's Fruit Cart minigame in Nintendo Land. When the Yoshi Cart eats all the fruit in a Gate (level), a Goal Gate opens. If no fruits are present in a Gate, it will open at the start. The Yoshi Cart then needs to touch the Goal Gate to finish the level. The Yoshi Cart will appear on the open Goal Gate's platform, named Start,[1] in the next level.
Some Gates also have a special type of Goal Gate, a ? goal.
