Hello, all you readers of The 'Shroom, and welcome to Spotlight. Spotlight is a community project which aims to fix up the articles on the wiki which have issues. These issues can range from poor writing, to a lack of images, to even just needing a credible source.
- Prepare for trouble! And make it double!
- To protect the wiki from incompletion! To save stub articles from deletion!
- To improve the files of both sights and sounds! To keep dubious claims within truth's bounds!

Before going into this month's rogues gallery of focuses, let's go over last month's bunch. Progress was good, with half of the focuses being completed. ThePowerPlayer (talk) created the article for Tim O'Leary, Sparks (talk) fully bloomed Flower 'Bud' by added images of the level's chests, and Camwoodstock (talk) gave Bowser's mother some appreciation and improved the quality of File:MTMDX Bowser's Mom.png. Unfortunately, this adequate performance has forced us to turn to villainy, which incidentally means we're doing the same thing but with cool costumes on.
And now onto this month's focuses:

| Just because this Wario is a fake doesn't mean he deserves less upkeep on his article. Add an image of Fake Wario as he's using his monster-summoning powers or we'll summon a row of monsters to fall on you! (once one of us figures out how to do that) | ||
| The Shadow Queen's having quite the bad hair day in this image. In fact, she's completely bald! Upload a new render of her from the original game with her luscious (albeit gray) locks intact, lest she smites us all. | ||
| This article contains something far more deadly than any villain: potentially incorrect information! Does King Boo's full name and biography in the Nintendo GameCube version of Luigi's Mansion come from official material or are these the ghosts of old wiki writing haunting the present? |
Now just before we leave you, we'd like to tell you about unimplemented proposals. There are currently 33 that need to be implemented, dating as far back as 2021, so think of this as a continuous Spotlight goal until they're all completed. Additionally, there are many unresolved discussions that we would love to see come to some sort of conclusion. Some might have already concluded and just need the template removed, others have been waiting for a response for years. There are also thousands of articles with unsourced foreign names. They are found within this category, so please help out and add sources for them.
