Shell Hockey is a mouse minigame in Super Mario Party Jamboree – Nintendo Switch 2 Edition + Jamboree TV.
Gameplay[edit]
In the 2-vs.-2 version of the minigame, the teams use the Joy-Con 2 controller in mouse mode to maneuver their character as a puck, trying to prevent Koopa shells from entering their goal, much like air hockey. When 20 seconds are left, four Koopa Troopas will spawn onto the board, which can eventually be knocked as additional shells to score points in. The team with the most points after 60 seconds wins.
In the Co-op version of the minigame, which is played on Carnival Coaster, the players go against a single Chargin' Chuck, and the duo must score as many points as possible within 60 seconds. This minigame and Pull-Back Attack are the only mouse minigames that can only be played with two players on Co-op, and thus it will never appear on Carnival Coaster if there are four players.
