Bonus 1

Template:Worldbox Bonus 1 is the first set of bonus levels in Mario vs. Donkey Kong: Tipping Stars, designed to be more intricate and challenging than the main levels. It is composed of eight levels, each pair of levels being set in the first four worlds of the game: Rolling Hills, Jumpy Jungle, Runaway Warehouse and Crumbling Cavern.

Bonus levels are not unlocked by completing the level that precedes them. Instead, the player has to collect a certain amount of gold trophies from either the main game or previous bonus levels in order to unlock each of them. In Bonus 1, levels are unlocked with every 4 gold trophies obtained.
