Git Along, Goomba (known as Goomba Rodeo in the British English version) is a General minigame from Mario Party: Island Tour.

Overview

This minigame takes place in a desert. The player must spin their lasso by drawing circles on the bottom screen. They will then throw it to the platform in the middle of the top screen, capturing any Goombas within the circle. The longer the player spins, the bigger the lasso's range will be. More Goombas frequently emerge from the manholes. The competitor with most Goombas when time runs out is the winner.

Controls

American English

• – Draw circles to widen the lasso, and then slide to throw

British English

• – Draw circles and slide to throw

In-game text

• Rules – American English: "Use your lasso to catch as many Goombas as possible."
• Rules – British English: "Throw your lasso to catch more Goombas than your opponents! Draw circles on the Touch Screen to widen your lasso and slide the stylus in the direction you want to throw it."
