Claiming the Cube is a General minigame from Mario Party: Island Tour.

Overview[edit]

The minigame takes place in space on a cube, each side containing four panels. Randomly the panels will shine, and players can Ground Pound them to earn points. Any player who claims the most white spots at the end of thirty seconds wins.

The music used in this minigame is shared with Sub Trouble and Bumper Thumper.

Controls[edit]

  • Circle Pad - Move
  • A Button – Jump
  • A Button then A Button – Ground-pound

In-game text[edit]

  • Rules – American English: "Jump and ground-pound to color the white panels as they appear on the cube."
  • Rules – British English: "Jump and ground-pound to change the white panels to your colour as they appear on the cube."
