Prop Monkeys are items that come out of Red Item Balloons in the racing game Donkey Kong: Barrel Blast. They are toy versions of Hurleys and appear to be small chimpanzees, similar to Diddy Kong, but with propeller caps on their heads. When used, they fly to a racer in front of the user and tosses out their bananas. If they are used by a Kong, they'll toss more bananas. Nothing will happen if one is used while in first place.
