Crowd Cover is a Duel minigame found in Mario Party 3. Its name is a pun on the phrase "cloud cover."

Introduction[edit]

The two competitors are seen in front of the drawing paper, with various characters standing on a massive sheet of paper.

Gameplay[edit]

Players have to choose one of three small pictures and match it with the larger picture in front of them. The picture can be of a Boo, Toad, or Bob-omb. The larger drawing is covered by characters that are the same species as the drawing. As time passes, the crowd on the paper decreases in size, allowing players to see the picture better. If one player chooses incorrectly, the other player wins. The minigame ends when one player chooses which of the drawings they believe is correct.

Ending[edit]

As soon as the minigame is finished, the game reveals whether the player chose correctly. The winner and loser then perform their victory and losing animations, respectively.
