Starship Mario is a default board on Fortune Street, based on the location of the same name from Super Mario Galaxy 2. In easy rules, the board mostly goes one way with a few back-street squares. In standard rules, the board is one long line with a square on the left side that has two back-street squares that lead to an isolated district. In Tour mode, the player has to play against Mario, Yoshi, and Bowser Jr. while also getting at least third place.

Luigi can sometimes comment on Starship Mario's appearance, saying "Hey! You know what would look good? A spaceship with MY face on it!". Wario can also reference Super Mario Land 2: 6 Golden Coins by saying "If I flip the "M" on that ship upside down, it'll all be mine!"
