This segment is the Club Mario segment that aired alongside The Super Mario Bros. Super Show! episode "Mighty McMario and the Pot of Gold," replacing the original live-action segment "Heart Throb." This segment marks the first appearances of James and Dr. Know-It-All in the show. The segment also marks first appearance of Princess Centauri in the show, though the segment that she appears in, Spaced Out Theater, would not debut until the following segment.
