Plot synopsis[edit]
The segment starts with Tommy Treehugger telling Co-MC that they are on the TV in their studio. They then introduce themselves to the viewer before Co-MC asks Tommy why he is wearing fake muscles under his shirt again, to which the latter replies that it is "physical fitness day." He then explains that, on this day, if one is physically fit, they are fine, mentioning that, without his fake muscles, he is not actually physically fit. Tommy then introduces Co-MC to their homeboy James, who is good at playing the guitar. He then tells him to play some guitar so that they can transition into "satellite surfing," with him then playing a tune on his guitar as Tommy and Co-MC "satellite surf" to a show featuring several parasailors parasailing by Sailboard Vacations Inc.
After "satellite surfing," the scene cuts back to Club Mario, where Tommy welcomes the viewer back and comments that it was an "awesome" session of "satellite surfing." He then asks Co-MC what the featured cartoon episode for today, to which he replies that it is "Do You Princess Toadstool Take this Koopa...?", which Tommy comments that it wedding-themed. Co-MC comments that it is touching as the scene fades to the cartoon.
After the cartoon, the scene cuts back to Club Mario, where James is playing another tune on his guitar as Co-MC lifts a barbell. After commenting on how "killer" the cartoon featured today was, he asks Co-MC why he is lifting a barbell, to which he replies that he is exercising his biceps, telling him to come. As he hands him the barbell, telling him that he should work on his curls, Tommy tells him to lift it higher, which he does. He then asks Tommy if he is ready, and after he replies in the affirmative, lets go of the barbell. However, as soon as he lets go of the barbell, the barbell pulls him down to the ground, as he is not physically fit. Co-MC asks Tommy if he is okay, to which he responds that he was not ready before sarcastically commenting to the viewer that it is a good way to stretch one's back. Co-MC then counts from three before telling him to lift the barbell, which he does, breathing heavily. After complimenting Tommy, he then tells him to breathe before telling him to lift the barbell to his neck, which after some strain, does.
Co-MC suggests that Tommy should do one more bicep curl, which the latter finds to be crazy. However, after some encouragement from him, he reluctantly agrees. Co-MC tells him that this is a solo exercise and tells him to lower the barbell, which he does without hesistation. After telling him to breathe, he then tells to lift it up, which, after a lot of strain, does. As he whimpers from the strain, Co-MC compliments him before taking the barbell from him. As Tommy mentions that he feels lightheaded, Co-MC says that he now working on his pectorals before proceeding to do some curls. Tommy then asks if his pectorals do his "dolphin," with him wondering how he knew that. Co-MC tells that it is because of his pectoral muscles, which Tommy decides to believe. He then suggests that he show him more exercises as they transistion to The Legend of Zelda preview, which he responds that he can as the scene fades to The Legend of Zelda preview.
After the preview, the scene fades back to Club Mario, where James plays a tune on his guitar before Co-MC compliments him, saying that he wishes he had plumbers like the Mario brothers before introducing the viewer back to the show. He then says Tommy that has another guest on "Are You Bogus?", with Tommy explaining that even he feels unsure about his particular guest. He then says that they have Dan Quayle, vice president of the United States of America, on their show today. He then asks his guest what his name, to which he responds that he is Dan Quayle. He then asks him what he does for a living, to which he says that he want to be president, but is currently vice president. He then asks "Quayle" who the man standing to the side of him is, to which he explains that it he is his secret agent. Tommy asks "Quayle" what he has been doing recently, to which he replies that he has been traveling in Central America. Tommy comments that Central America is dangerous and asks him to tell him about his experiences in the region. "Quayle" responds that they had a crackup in Kansas City, bad times in Ohio, and savages in Milwaukee. Co-MC realizes that the guest they have is not Dan Quayle and pulls out a large newspaper featuring a photo of the actual Dan Quayle. Tommy adds that the locations he mentioned are states in the Midwest (a pun on Central America), explaining that Central America includes countries like El Salvador. Taking off the guest's cap, Tommy realizes that the guest is actually the Hitman of Design, who designed the entire Club Mario set. He then asks for the Hitman to leave along with his "security guard," who he then realizes is Jeff Rose, the show's scriptwriter. Tommy and Co-MC then say goodbye to the viewer before the former tells James to start playing music, with the Hitman of Design, Jeff Rose, and other backup dancers coming to and dancing in their studio.
