The Brain Irrigation Device is an invention made by Co-MC in the Club Mario segment for The Super Mario Bros. Super Show! episode "Koopenstein." The device consists of a roof turbine connected by several wires to a computer, which feeds computer data to it. The roof turbine then feeds this data to any person standing underneath it, significantly raising their intelligence.

During the segment, Co-MC explains he has devised the Brain Irrigation Device and that his test subject Tommy will demonstrate. However, Tommy refuses, saying that he had to be the robot, the fairy, and the parrot, explaining that he does not want to be the victim of his experiment. Co-MC explains that the device will not only make him smarter; it will make him the ultimate surfer. Convinced by Co-MC, Tommy walks under the device, with Co-MC asking the head gaffer to give him light, with the lights at Club Mario beginning to flicker.

Later, after Tommy, whose intelligence has been raised by the Brain Irrigation Device, surmises that the Brain Irrigation Device has compromised the structural integrity of his brain, he attempts to destroy the device to maintain his superior intelligence. As he walks under it, Co-MC frantically tells the head gaffer to give him light, with the lights at Club Mario flickering again. After he uses the device again, Tommy begins running around while flailing his arms, saying nonsensical phrases.
