'''Tank-Down''' is a duel [[mini-game]] found in ''[[Mario Party Advance]]''. Both players with tanks attempt to pound each other with punch-like missiles as both players have five lives. Since the place in the mini-game is dark, the player can only see him/herself alone. If a player charges up the punch-like missile, the player's tank would move slowly. When released, it would knock off obstacles in the mini-game, but also knock off three hearts when the player launches the missile to the other player. The player who defeated the other player wins.

Tank-Down is a Duel minigame found in Mario Party Advance. The name is a pun on the word "takedown."

When playing in the Shroom City mode, the player, as either Mario or Luigi, faces Spear Guy in this minigame at the Spear Thicket.

Introduction[edit]

The player is sitting in their tank when the opponent suddenly appears directly in front of them. Noticing each other, both players move to separate corners.

Gameplay[edit]

Both players drive tanks and try to pound each other with punch-like missiles. Players attack each other by pressing A Button to launch missiles, with each successful hit taking out one heart and sending the opponent flying. The player can also charge up a shot that can deal up to three hearts of damage by holding down A Button but at the cost of moving slower. Since the arena is dark, neither player can see their opponent unless they are in the vicinity of the light they are given. Victory goes to the player that eliminates their opponent first.
