High Jump is Mini Luigi's special ability in Mini Mario & Friends: amiibo Challenge. Mini Luigi performs it as a normal jump, which helps it overcome ledges as high as or shorter than three blocks. It also moves one block forward while doing so. In Level 8, the High Jump is necessary to skip over several walls at the top of the stage and reach Mini Luigi's assigned door at the top right, leading to Moonlight Mansion.
The sound effect caused by a High Jump is a drawn out version of the jump sound effect from Super Mario Bros. Although it is stated that Mini Luigi can jump higher than the other Mini toys, Mini Rosalina is able to jump even higher with its Lunar Launch, though it doesn't propel it forwards like the High Jump.
