The player must sled the course with a sled within the time limit. As the player accelerates, the player can see arrows on the tracks that can help the player where to turn. If the player does the turning too hard, they will spin out at a moment. If the player didn’t finish the lap, they lose. In Free Play, the player must sled three times around the course to get the best time.

Sled Slide is a single-player minigame found in Mario Party Advance.

Introduction

The character, inside a sled, rides up to the starting line before the minigame starts.

Gameplay

The player, controlling a sled, must race around the track. The game controls similarly to Mario Kart: A Button is used to accelerate, B Button is used to stop, and the Control Pad is used to steer. Along the track, there are arrows showing the direction of the upcoming turns. If the player takes a turn too sharply, they spin out.
