Adjust the talk page link parameter

This talk page proposal has already been settled. Please do not edit this section or its subsections. If you wish to discuss the article, please do so in a new section below the proposal.

This is something I was wondering for a while. Currently, when you place this template on a page, the (discuss) part of it links to the talk page as a whole. In certain cases, such as my current proposal on Flower (Super Mario Land), it would be helpful if the discuss link lead to a particular section if the subject of discussion is further down (the flower example is probably a bad one, since it's only the second section, but it's the only one coming to mind at the moment). Was thinking the parameter would instead look like this:

For example, typing {{Rename|Super Flower|Rename to Super Flower or Superball Flower}} will link directly to that section, and not including the second parameter will link to the talk page as a whole. The second parameter already takes into account the hashtag, so it only needs the section header.

Should we add parameters for extra names?
