Mario's absence in Life's Ruff

How come Life's Ruff isn't mentioned on this page?

Why does this exist?

I don't understand why we need this category. It's just a list of The Adventures of Super Mario Bros. 3 episodes with the only exception being Life's Ruff just because Mario isn't in it. In fact, Life's Ruff is the only Mario related cartoon episode ever created to not feature Mario (not counting the Donkey Kong Country show). And just because of that fact, this category exists. This is barely useful and I don't understand why anyone would need this. Rykitu

Like, do we actually need this? All this category is is a list of The Adventures of Super Mario Bros. 3 episodes with the exception of Life's Ruff just because Mario isn't in it. It isn't really useful, and the only reason this exists is because of that one piece of Mario trivia.

Thank you. We feel like these filmography have merit, but like. A category is not the way forward, because it's just kind of confusing and doesn't do the one thing you'd really want in something like this; even just a single sentence that illuminates what they actually do in the episode. Sure, in cases like "the protagonist is in every episode except maybe one or two of them", a list doesn't make much sense and you can probably just convey the few episodes they do not appear in via prose, but for more specific characters like, say, the Hip Koopa example, we could see a bullet pointed list of episodes fitting in fairly reasonably. And the worst part of this all is, we made them categories. We're not kidding when we say this has irked us for awhile. ;P ~Camwoodstock ( talk ☯ contribs ) 12:54, April 14, 2025 (EDT)

I voted in those proposals with the idea that removing the articles would result in the information from them being moved to each character's history section. I'm still not sure where the idea came from that descriptions of a character's role in each episode and categories listing the episodes they appear in are somehow mutually exclusive.
