The company publishes microgames, comics (under the name Diamond Publishing) and records (under the name Diamond Studios). Prior to WarioWare: D.I.Y., Mona, Jimmy T., Ashley, Orbulon, and 9-Volt left WarioWare, Inc. to work for Diamond Software. In the D.I.Y. Forum feature, they talk about this:

Also according to the D.I.Y. Forum, Joe runs the company.

Diamond Software's microgame sets/records/comics have their own category in the D.I.Y. Shop portion of the game and encapsulate most of the premade content of WarioWare: D.I.Y.
