In-game description

Mushroom Valley is a tennis court in the game Mario Tennis Open. As its appearance suggests, this court seems to take place at the Mushroom Gorge course from Mario Kart Wii.

The court is supported on a bridge, and the players play the game on a giant mushroom. The scoreboard is on a blue Mushroom, which was seen earlier in Mario Kart 7. Even though the ball bounces on the mushroom, it does not bounce dramatically, so its physics are more similar to those of the green Mushrooms if compared to the Mario Kart series. There are both Green and Red Koopa Troopas surrounding the court.
