The home media infobox is used for the different physical releases of TV shows such as The Super Mario Bros. Super Show!. This includes, for example, The Super Mario Bros. Super Show!: Box Office Mario and The Super Mario Bros. Super Show!: Once Upon a Koopa. For the TV shows themselves, use {{TV series infobox}}.

| |title= | By default, this is not necessary, as it will automatically use the article title sans identifier. For special cases, it can be manually specified. |
| |name= | Use this instead of the title parameter only in cases where the italics are not necessary. |
| |image= | Box art of the home media (North American box takes precedence to be consistent with the naming policy). |
| |manufacturer= | The manufacturer of the home media. |
| |distributor= | The distributor of the home media. |
| |release= | Release dates in all countries for the home media, in order from earliest to latest (use {{flag list}}).[Proposal 1] If there are many release dates, release2 can be used to add collapsed entries.

| |ratings= | Official age ratings of the home media (use {{ratings}}). |
