This infobox is used to give information on series within and outside the Super Mario franchise, such as Mario Kart or Wario Land, as well as in pages about crossover series, such as Crossovers with Punch-Out!!.

| |title= | By default, this is not necessary, as it will automatically use the article title sans identifier. For special cases, it can be manually specified. |

| |first= | The first installment in the series. |
| |latest= | The latest installment in the series. |
| |number= | The number of installments in the franchise. |
| |parent= | The series this series belongs to. |
| |subseries= | Any series under this series. |
| |franchise= | The franchise this series belongs to. |
| |staff= | Key staff members who work on this series. |
