This infobox shows general information about anniversary events for games, such the Super Mario Bros. 25th Anniversary and The Year of Luigi.

| |title= | By default, this is not necessary, as it will automatically use the article title sans identifier. For special cases, it can be manually specified. |
| |image= | An image of the logo of the event. |
| |subject= | The series or character that is the main focus of the anniversary event. Should also include the date in brackets of the debut. |
| |years= | The amount of years that the anniversary event was celebrating for a particular character or game's debut. Should also include in brackets the year when the anniversary event took place. |
| |start= | The date on which the anniversary celebration officially began. |
| |end= | The date on which the anniversary celebration officially concluded. |
| |preceded_by= | The preceeding anniversary event, not necessarily for the same subject (e.g. The Year of Luigi preceeded the Super Mario Bros. 35th Anniversary). |
| |succeeded_by= | The succeeding anniversary event, not necessarily for the same subject (e.g. Super Mario Bros. 35th Anniversary succeeded The Year of Luigi). |
