The Mole Biker Gang is a biker gang that supports Bowser during the BomBom Cup in Super Mario Kart 1 of the Super Mario Kodansha manga. The gang members are Monty Moles and Rocky Wrenches, most of them wearing leather jackets and having pompadour or punk ridge hairstyles, and some of them carrying flags that have "CHORO" and "POO" (the Romanization of "Monty Mole" Japanese name), and「暴」(bào, "violence") written on it.

When Bowser enters the competition, he comes followed by the biker gang. On the starting line, a Rocky Wrench sneaks under Mario's kart and steals the engine, leaving him behind at the start. Later, when Mario carries Donkey Kong Jr. to the hospital, momentarily abandoning the race, Bowser orders the Mole Biker Gang to stop him, just as a precaution. Thanks to the help of Hagure Teresa, Mario turns transparent, and the Mole Biker Gang faze through him and, in their surprise, ride off a cliff. When reporting to Bowser, Donkey Kong, who was riding with Bowser, gets angry he put his son's life at risk behind his back, breaking off their alliance.
