Notes[edit]
- The souvenir's description mentions how it is "the closest you will ever get to a sequel" to the original Kid Icarus. However, the game had already received a sequel by the time of the release of WarioWare: Twisted!, in the form of Kid Icarus: Of Myths and Monsters for the Game Boy in 1991. This oversight likely stems from Of Myths and Monsters not initially being released in Japan, though it would eventually receive a Japanese release on the Nintendo 3DS Virtual Console in 2012, eight years after the release of WarioWare: Twisted!.
- In addition, another follow-up, Kid Icarus: Uprising, would release in all regions the same year as the aforementioned rerelease of Of Myths and Monsters, further dating the souvenir's description.
