A Noko Bombette, from Super Mario Land 2: 6 Golden Coins.

A Noko Bombette[1] is a Buzzy Beetle with a bomb for a shell found in Super Mario Land 2: 6 Golden Coins. Unlike regular Buzzy Beetles, Noko Bombettes turn around when they reach a ledge, but they are still immune to fireballs. Unless a Spin Jump is used, jumping on a Noko Bombette will cause it to explode after a few seconds. If Mario is caught in the blast, he will take damage.

Noko Bombettes are similar to the Nokobons found in Super Mario Land (later renamed to Bombshell Koopa), with both even being described verbatim as "a turtle with a bomb on its back" in their respective game manuals. However, while Nokobons are Koopa Troopas with bombs for shells, Noko Bombettes more closely resemble Buzzy Beetles.
