Editing too much.

You have been editing too much on a single page in the span of a few minutes. Please make all of your changes in one big edit, instead of several as it clogs up the Recent changes page. You can use the "Show Preview" button to check your edits before you publish them. It's very important to remember, so that way you don't make another edit to fix a mistake. Thanks! – Owencrazyboy9 (talk) 15:45, 1 March 2017 (EST)

Sorry

I'm very sorry, I had a complete blank and forgot about the preview button. I really was not trying to cause any problems, I think I pressed the wrong key when adding a link, and therefore there was an error with the image. I was just trying to fix it.

Mecha-Cheep

The headers on the Mecha Cheep page have been removed before recently, because the page is short and doesn't need headers. --A sprite of a Flame Chomp from New Super Mario Bros. Wii.TheFlameChomp (talk) 15:14, 3 March 2017 (EST)

Last warning

Lastwarn.svg
This is your last warning. The next time you break the rules in any way, you will be blocked from editing the Super Mario Wiki.
If you feel this last warning was undeserved, you may appeal it.

Removing your talk page comments is not acceptable at all on this wiki. If you do it again, you could get blocked for a few weeks. – Owencrazyboy9 (talk) 16:30, 3 March 2017 (EST)

This is fairly undeserved. As far as I'm aware, BBQ Turtle did not do it again after receiving an informal reminder on the subject, and even if he did remove them again, doing so does not warrant a last warning. I recommend that you appeal this. Yoshi876 (talk)
But still. Removing content on talk pages is not allowed under any circumstance. And considering that he removed all of it, except for the welcome message, it felt warranted to deserve a last warning. – Owencrazyboy9 (talk) 16:50, 3 March 2017 (EST)
Whilst that is correct, many people wrongly assume they are allowed to remove messages, and stop after being told not to do so, which is the case here. Also, once a user receives an informal reminder, no further action is taken unless they continue to commit the offence. And even if action were to be taken, removing messages is not a level 3 offence, it is a level 2 offence. Yoshi876 (talk)

I'm Sorry

I'm very sorry, I did not realise we are not allowed to delete messages on our discussion pages. I don't mean to be rude or ignorant, but I'm new here and am still learning the ropes. I do pay attention to anything that is posted on my page, and ensure that I do not make the same mistakes in the future. I am trying my best to read all of the guidelines and rule pages, and I don't mean to do anything wrong. I know now and, will ensure that it is not done again in the future. I'm so sorry!

It's OK. Originally I did stuff I wasn't supposed to do and learned very quickly from my mistakes. Now, I can provide top-quality edits on any page. Eventually, you'll get used to how the wiki works and be an expert editor. – Owencrazyboy9 (talk) 17:14, 4 March 2017 (EST)
Thank you so, so much! I'm really not trying to be rude, but would I still need to appeal against the warning to have it removed or downgraded

I would advise it, because a warning like that remains on your permanent record, and as you stopped performing the action after receiving the informal reminder it does come across as unwarranted (no offence Owencrazyboy9). Yoshi876 (talk)
Where does the appeal need to be placed? Does it need to go beneath the waning, or on a different page?
The preceding unsigned comment was added by BBQ Turtle (talk).
The appeal goes on this page. Follow the layout it has on there, and wait a few days for the staff to discuss. Also, remember to sign your comments, to do so use: {{User|BBQ Turtle}} Hope that helps :) Yoshi876 (talk)

Thanks! When appealing, does the appeal need to go in the cases section at the bottom?
The preceding unsigned comment was added by BBQ Turtle (talk).
Yes it does. Yoshi876 (talk)
