Template:Spmenemybox Ultimate Mr. L, also called The Black Lightning, is an evil clone of Luigi created when Bowser invented a cloning machine, hoping to make an army of Bowsers. However, he ended up zapping Luigi, creating a new Mr. L with power over electricity and machinery. This creation became known a Ultimate Mr. L. His current whereabouts are unknown, but he has been rumored to be hiding out on the Super Mario Wiki, making edits to articles in the Super Paper Mario category and acting mild mannered and business-like on Talk Pages to avoid suspicion.
In the real world, Ultimate Mr. L is the name of a User on the Super Mario Wiki who is obsessed with Mario and hopes to contributes as much as he can. Ultimate Mr. L as a Mario villain doesn't actually exist, so don't bother searching for him. The real Ultimate Mr. L is a huge fan of the Mario franchise and enjoys recording information about it and making up his own games about Mario (even though he can't actually make them). He hopes to one day establish contact with Nintendo and ask them about his made-up games and his theories. He strongly (or maybe just stubbornly) believes that King Boo and Bowser are one and the same (there's a surprising amount of evidence) and that Bowser Jr. is actually a clone of Bowser, with the Koopalings being prototypes.
History
I have been obsessed with Mario since I was 6 years old. My earliest memory of him is watching my mom play Super Mario Bros. on Wii Virtual Console when I was 2 years old. Some of my favorite pastimes are playing Mario on any system and making up my own Mario games and typing them up, as well as typing up info about existing Mario games (I started that before I found the Super Mario Wiki). I found the Super Mario Wiki several years ago, but didn't visit it regularly for a while and didn't join until about a week ago. Right now, I am on a mission to improve articles pertaining to Super Paper Mario, as I have found countless errors in those. I won't be taking friend requests because I like to have met someone in person, not just in Cyberspace. So if I turn down a friend request, don't take it personally. I also won't give out my real name, age, address, etc.

I have a very active mind, mostly used for thinking about Mario, Wings of Fire (an incredible book series) and such. I'm about average at most school subjects, except history.
Personality
I'm obsessed with Mario and very nerdy. Though Mario is my passion, there are other things I like. Basically, if I like something, I'm obsessed with it. I enjoy Pikmin and Skylanders for video games other than Mario. I read lots of books, including, but not limited to: Wings of Fire, The Door Within, The Berinfell Prophecies, How to Train your Dragon and A Whole Nother Story. I'm also a Christian and hope to spread the word of Jesus Christ. I'm very weird. That's my signature. One of my goals is be as weird as humanly possible. These are just a few of the many games I have made up. I have typed up detailed information on all of them, but I don't think I can actually upload the files.
Paper Mario Bros.: A sequel to Super Paper Mario. When Bowser and Kamek join a shadow king called Lord Shadar, Mario and Luigi are in trouble! Lord Shadar plans to get his hands on the seven Power Jewels and use them to take over the world. With the citizens of Sketch City and their ruler, Queen Pencilla, at their backs, and with Princess Peach performing espionage in Lord Shadar's castle, the Mario Bros. must learn to work together and get the Power Jewels before the dark lord can unleash his true plans! Packed with action, puzzles, plot twists and history, Paper Mario Bros. is some of my best work.
Super Mario 64 U: Mario arrives at Princess Peach's Summer Castle to find that Bowser is attacking. When the Grand Star shatters during their battle, the Power Stars are released and warp across the Mushroom Kingdom. Luigi, the Toad Brigade and the princess are kidnapped and Bowser Jr. keeps anyone from getting in or out of the castle. With Bowser's minions searching everywhere for the Power Stars, it's up to Mario to save the world...again!
Super Mario of the 2nd Dimension: A magic mirror has shattered and opened a whole new world! Several people from the 2nd Dimension have been blasted into the real world! And Bowser an Mario of the 2nd Dimension have joined forces to take over the worlds! With his friends scattered, Mario must get to Bowser's Castle and stop the dangerous duo! Worlds collide in this brand-new Super Mario game!
Theories
The Bowser Boo Theory
I have a theory. It is a theory that Bowser and King Boo are one and the same. Most of the evidence is in Luigi's Mansion, when King Boo first appeared. For starters, in Luigi's Mansion, King Boo says that he wants revenge on the Mario Bros for causing so much trouble for him in the past, even though they've never met him before. King Boo is probably referring to Mario and Luigi ruining his plans when he was Bowser. Another oddity is that King boo's portrait seems to focus more on Bowser, rather than King Boo. This is because Bowser is King Boo's true identity. Another interesting fact is that King Boo uses an illusion of Bowser in the final battle.
In Luigi's Mansion, It is stated that Bowser was completely defeated be Mario and could never come back (e.g., he was killed). This is not to say that King Boo is Bowser's ghost. Boos are not ghosts of people. Also, in Super Princess Peach, King Boo regenerates from his crown after defeat. I think that the Boos took Bowser's ghost and used the crown's magical jewel to create King Boo.
King Boo and Bowser never appear side-by-side. I am not counting Mario sports games, Mario party games or Mario Kart games, since there is a number of impossible combinations in those games (for example, Mario and Baby Mario racing each other). They do appear in some of the same games, though, such as Super Mario 64 DS. It is possible that Bowser found a way to regain his powerful Koopa King body, but retains the ability to transform into King Boo.
Both Bowser and King Boo demonstrate the ability to trap people in paintings. In Luigi's Mansion, King Boo imprisons Mario in a painting. In Super Mario 64 and its remake, Bowser does something similar, imprisoning Princess Peach in a stained glass window. They both have other magical abilities, though Bowser is less famous for them.
Also, both King Boo and Bowser want to rule the Mushroom Kingdom. Most other villains besides Bowser are trying to either take over the entire world (Shroobs in Mario & Luigi: Partners in Time) or destroy it completely (Count Bleck in Super Paper Mario).
In conclusion, there could be more to Mario than what is explicitly said in the games. Perhaps Bowser can accurately be called the King of Koopas and the Boss of the Boos.
The Koopa Clone Theory
I believe that Bowser Jr is a clone of Bowser. For starters, Bowser Jr looks exactly like his father did as a baby (except that Bowser Jr wears a bandanna and Baby Bowser doesn't).
Bowser Jr is never shown to have a mother, only Bowser. Also, in Super Mario Bros, Bowser creates clones of himself called Bowser Impostors. I wonder if Bowser Jr is a full clone of Bowser, done through a true cloning procedure instead of magical transformation, so he isn't full grown yet.
Then there's the Koopalings. Originally, they were considered Bowser's children, but then Bowser Jr. appeared and was stated to be Bowser's only child, retconning previous games. But there may be an explanation. The Koopalings are just test subjects for Bowser's cloning procedure and Bowser Jr. is the first success. So originally, Bowser called them his kids, but then he made Bowser Jr. and made the Koopalings just henchman.
Another thing to think about is does Bowser Jr know that he is a clone (if the theory is true)? If he doesn't and finds out, would he look at his dad differently, or even rebel? It just makes me wonder...

I've actually taken kind of a liking to the Bowser Impostors, though they could use a little more diversity when it comes to attacks. For example, some of them could maybe have shot heat-seeking fireballs. Another complaint is the small variety of items. I think of this game as kind of a prototype and Super Mario Bros. 3 is the real deal, since it was many steps up from this game. |

Some people may think otherwise, but I didn't like this game. The plot seems pretty decent and I like Smithy, but the graphics are kind of strange and I don't like the turn-based battles in it, though that's really just me (I don't think I'd like the battles in Paper Mario either). |

The first Mario 3D platformer and boy, is it amazing! A huge number of missions, great boss battles, the introduction of Princess Peach's Castle, incredible music, and on and on! However, like all games, it has its downs. I know it was the first 3D Mario game, but I'm still going to complain about the camera and the small-ish levels. |

I love this game. It was time for Luigi to get a starring role. Stunning a ghost and sucking it up gives exhilaration and satisfaction I can't explain! Some people don't like the short length, but I kind of like it. That way if I don't do too well, I can go back again to get more gold frames and more money. I have beat it twice. The second time, I lit up every room in the mansion. My only complaint is that it can get tense at times and I have to take a break. |

Now here's an RPG I like. The battles in the Mario & Luigi series are more engaging and give me more of the feel that I'm fighting something. It keeps you on your toes. I have to pay close attention to which Bro. is being targeted or whether an enemy is going to try and trick me into jumping or something that will harm me. The plot starts out kind of goofy, but soon changes to a darker story. It's probably the best plot in the series. I HAVE FURY! |

I can't decide which is better this or Brawl. I'm not sure why there isn't a story mode. I like the new characters (Bowser Jr. is my signature character), but I notice that not everyone from Brawl returned. The name is a little weird. Kind of unimaginative and it doesn't go along with the other names (Melee, Brawl). |

Finally! The game I've been waiting for! An official Mario level designer!!! But it's still not perfect so here we go:
There's not as many course elements as I would like. Ground should shake into slopes and Dry Bones should turn int Mechakoopas. The biggest thing I want is boss battles. More work goes into them than it should. Someone should be able to tap Bowser and bring up a menu similar to the Mystery Mushroom's which lists Bowser, Bowser Jr., Boom Boom and of course, the Koopalings. |
